For now, this will still be a hands-on role and is a perfect mix of the following:

• Working across the full-stack (microservices, API integrations, frontend components)
• Building and evolving an MVP for a new platform, adjacent to an already successful suite of products
• Leading members of the squad to really focus on the value-add
• Contributing to the wider success of the organisation and fostering a culture of collaboratio

Their tech stack is based on Node, React, TypeScript and AWS but a good engineering mindset is crucial so we're much more interested if you can talk about the successes (and failures) of impacting problems like latency, observability, performance tuning etc

If you also can discuss a track record in building B2B SaaS products, that would be excellent

They are a startup and, as such, it is hoped that you understand the challenges and opportunities that come with this. Everything may not be a success but there should always be lots to learn on the way

There's a strong package on offer here for the right candidate including stock options and excellent holiday allowance/pension contributions

The company are working in a hybrid capacity and it is expected that you can get to their London HQ once per week to help problem-solve in person
