When the world decided to go on pause, we decided to fast-forward our efforts to rebrand Innova. It was something we’d been putting off for a little while so decided to enlist the help of our friends at BOLD Identities to help us fully realise what we’ve been saying since we decided to set up our own agency. We could always articulate it but weren’t always as able to put that vision into, well, a visual. 

The key messages we wanted to incorporate was around the three W’s…

Why We Do It
We believe recruitment shouldn’t be as difficult as it’s made out to be. With the right partnership, the process should be seamless and maybe even, whisper it, enjoyable.

In addition, it was time to create a new website and with the help of Aaron, Richard and all those we’ve worked with at BOLD you’re here now, have a look around. We’ve come a long way from when Dan was desperately trying to make a Wix site look decent! 

It’s been an interesting journey to workshop our thoughts and see how far we’ve come in just 12 months – from working in each other’s front rooms to a City Centre office- we look forward to seeing what the next 12 months bring (less global pandemics, please).
