What attracted you to Innova?
My journey to Innova was fuelled for fresh challenges. I was at a point where I felt ready to dive into a new adventure. What motivated me most was the opportunity to harmonise my recruitment skills with my profound passion for technology. Innova's dynamic environment and the chance to work at the intersection of recruitment and tech felt like the perfect match.
What is the most valuable career advice you've been given?
You can dodge your responsibilities but not the consequences of them so give everything 100%.
Tell us something interesting about yourself.
One interesting facet of my life is my background as a trained musical theatre singer. While I once graced the stage, these days, my vocal talents find their expression during lively karaoke sessions with friends. It's a delightful way to relive my musical roots in a more relaxed setting.
